The Trust Layer for Autonomous Systems

AI agents will make decisions, execute trades, and move assets - autonomously. Without independent verification, you cannot prove what they actually did. plusChain cryptographically binds every action to a tamper-evident, portable record of truth.

The Problem

Autonomous Systems Cannot Be Trusted Without Verification

The Risk

AI agents operate without cryptographic accountability. One entity can spawn a thousand agent identities. Actions happen faster than human oversight can catch.

The Gap

Blockchains record events. They do not validate them. Existing infrastructure confirms message delivery - not whether the agent was authorised, which model made the decision, or what data it used.

The Exposure

Without independent verification, autonomous finance arrives with fraud, audit failure, and regulatory exposure baked in. plusChain creates the trust layer that proves what actually happened.

Use Cases

Verification Infrastructure for the Autonomous Economy

plusChain operates across the full spectrum of autonomous and regulated digital activity - from AI agent audit trails to stablecoin reserves.

Agentic AI Audit Trails

Tamper-evident record of every AI agent decision point. Identity binding, decision lineage, and portable compliance for autonomous finance systems.

Stablecoin Reserve Transparency

Hash-anchor reserve attestation documents to on-chain token supply. Cryptographic proof that reserves match liabilities at every moment.

Tokenised Real-World Assets

Bind prospectuses, Sharīʿa certifications, and NAV attestations directly to tokenised instruments. Compliant by construction.

AML/CFT & Travel Rule

Embed KYC attestation hashes and satisfy FATF Travel Rule requirements with portable, tamper-evident compliance records.

Trade Finance Documentation

Three-way match engine binds bills of lading, letters of credit, and warehouse receipts. Eliminate documentation fraud at the source.

Regulatory framework names are provided as market context labels only.

The Agentic Economy

“AI agents are about to do to transaction costs what the internet did to information costs.”

Coase's law: firm boundaries exist wherever markets cost more than internal organisation. Agents collapse those costs. Procurement, contracting, settlement, compliance - all automated, all direct. The firm dissolves into networks of autonomous agents transacting at machine speed.

One condition makes this possible. One condition is currently missing: cryptographic proof of who is transacting, on whose behalf, and with what credentials. Without it, the efficiency of autonomous agents arrives with fraud, audit failure, and regulatory exposure baked in.

“Sybil attacks - where single entities create multiple fake identities to gain disproportionate network control - become more difficult to detect in agent-mediated environments. This necessitates new approaches to digital accountability, potentially including cryptographic proofs, digital IDs, or decentralized verification platforms.”

Shahidi, Rusak, Manning, Fradkin & Horton — The Coasean Singularity? Demand, Supply, and Market Design with AI Agents (MIT / Harvard / BU, 2026)

Four problems. None solved.

These are the structural identity failures that make autonomous agent markets unsafe at scale.

⚠️

Sybil Attacks

One entity, a thousand agent identities. In automated markets, fake agents are indistinguishable from real ones - until the fraud is done.

🔄

Agent Impersonation

An agent claims authorisation it was never given. There is no cryptographic mechanism to verify the chain of delegation across platforms or chains.

📄

Unverifiable Provenance

The agent acted. But which model? Which version? Which data? Which authorisation? Hours later, no one can say.

🔗

Broken Trust at Every Boundary

Agents cross chains, custodians, and platforms constantly. Compliance evidence established at origination stops at the first boundary it hits.

How plusChain solves it

The internet didn't just reduce information costs. It created DNS, SSL, and HTTP - the infrastructure that made lower costs usable. Autonomous agents need the same: a trust layer that travels with every transaction. plusChain is that layer.

01

Identity Binding

Every agent action is cryptographically bound to a verifiable principal chain - from human to agent to sub-agent. Delegation is provable. Impersonation is impossible.

02

Decision Lineage

Model version. Input data. Authorisation step. Every decision point is recorded as a tamper-evident metatoken. Immutable. Independently verifiable. No reconstruction needed.

03

Portable Across Every Boundary

The verification record travels with the agent's output - across chains, custodians, and platforms. One verification at any point in the lifecycle.

Technology

Where plusChain Sits in the Stack

Existing infrastructure does messaging, settlement, and policy enforcement. plusChain does something none of them do: portable, tamper-evident compliance history.

Chainlink CCIP

What it does

Confirms delivery, enforces policy

What's missing

Does not record provenance history

plusChain adds

Portable tamper-evident history

LayerZero / Wormhole

What it does

Delivers messages cross-chain

What's missing

No compliance/provenance layer

plusChain adds

Compliance evidence that travels

EigenLayer

What it does

Modular trust, restaking

What's missing

Different layer - middleware security

plusChain adds

Application-layer provenance overlay

On-chain Analytics

What it does

Detects on-chain patterns

What's missing

Cannot detect off-chain fraud

plusChain adds

Cryptographic binding between on-chain events and off-chain documents

Get Started

The Trust Layer for Autonomous Systems

AI agents execute trades, negotiate contracts, and move assets at machine speed. Without independent verification, you cannot prove what they did or who authorised it. plusChain cryptographically binds every agent action to a tamper-evident, regulator-verifiable record.

Logs

Record events. Do not verify them.

Blockchain

Confirms delivery. Not intent or authority.

plusChain

Independent verification that travels with every action.
